Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Conversion: 

  • Identify and cultivate seller leads through various channels, including developing relationships with an assigned database.
  • Connecting with for sale by owner and expired listings. 
  • Convert leads to appointments and agreements, providing high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategy and staging of commercial real estate.

Marketing and Negotiation: 

  • Market properties effectively, leveraging our resources and support to reach potential buyers. 
  • Negotiate offers, write contracts, and oversee deals through closing, ensuring a seamless transaction for clients.

Training and Development: 

  • Commit to continuous learning and growth by attending courses, practicing our unique sales skillsets and dialogues, and using the tools provided to all team members. 
  • Collaborate with mentors and senior agents to achieve business and career goals.
  • Complete our foundational training program, designed for your career specialization and success. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all aspects of transactions, from initial contact to contract to close, while following our processes and practices to support client success.
  • Daily lead generation, develop skillsets, and meet with clients. 
  • Negotiate on behalf of all assigned clients. 
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, brokerage support staff, and the transaction coordinator.
