Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position.

Duties:

- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting information into spreadsheets and databases

- Maintain and update files and records, both physical and electronic

- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness

- Provide customer support by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries

- Assist with event planning and coordination

- Handle general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Requirements:

- Previous experience in event planning is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills

- Familiarity with filing systems and record management

- Knowledge of data entry procedures and accuracy requirements

- Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internships.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
