SUMMARY
Looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Community Coordinator who can work independently. The Community Coordinator's primary responsibilities include mail management, hospitality, and office management. As the Community Coordinator you will assist the Community Manager with office tasks including member management, supply management and office cleanliness. Venture X is a multi-national office co-working company which provides private offices, dedicated desks, conference room rentals, event space rentals, and virtual offices for small to large public companies, private companies, and individuals.
Pay and Benefits:

Education/Experience:
· Any combination of education, training or overall experience would provide the required skills and knowledge base sufficient for job performance. Previous experience as a customer service representative and/or office management a plus.
· Must be able to stand on feet for extended periods of time.
· Must operate a computer and monitor for extended periods of time.
· Lift 30 lbs. packages
DAILY SCHEDULE: Flexible hours Monday – Friday. 25-33 hours per week are typical. Students, Parents and Senior Citizens welcome.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Mail Management - Venture X provides mail intake services for non-members and members of our establishment
· Tasks are broken up on a daily / weekly / monthly basis
We also partner with third party mail services with who we provide mail services for their clients and receive part Sort and file all incoming mail and ensure mail is delivered and available to members within 23 hours of receipt.
Operations –
· Troubleshoot printing, internet, and phone requests.
· Conduct building walkthroughs to always ensure cleanliness and safety.
· Order and stock office supplies.
· Run weekly and monthly reports to ensure meeting goals.
· Pantry/café stock items
· Coffee circulation as needed
· Café cleaning as needed
· Dishwashing circulation as needed
· Assisting with any conference room booking needs
· Assists with Tuesday snack/ Trivia as needed.
· Identify issues for escalation to Community Manager and document accordingly
· Process new members, conference room users, Day pass users
· Being able to have conversations with potential members about product offerings
· Help manage events
Billing – Input Mailing billing into Deskworks System on a timely and accurate basis (weekly Fridays)
-Monthly as needed
Hospitality Management – Provide effective and friendly customer service to all current and potential members. Response time to any issues reported by a member within 4 to 6 hours with an acknowledgement and confirmation of the issue.
· Provide a timely response to all reported issues by members with continued response until resolution.
· Resolve member issues with professionalism and patience.
