Description:
Mitchell Moving and Storage has an immediate need for Mover Drivers and non-driving movers.
Mitchell Moving and Storage has a long tradition of providing superior service, innovative products, and excellent customer service. We are an agent for Atlas Van Lines, with locations in Anchorage, AK (Alaska Terminals Inc.), Fairbanks, AK (Glacier State Moving and Storage), and Seattle, WA. Our unique network allows us to service household goods shipments going to and from Alaska in addition to the rest of the United States. We offer competitive compensation, benefits, PTO.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Packing customers' goods in boxes at residences
- Carrying furniture for loading into truck and delivering from truck
- Assembling household furniture after delivery
- Providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to operate small hand tools
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Class A driver's license preferred but anyone with a valid driver's license will be considered
