We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Technician with an LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) education background to join our team. Position Summary:
As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to individuals undergoing dialysis treatment. You will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of our patients throughout their treatment sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with preparation and positioning for dialysis treatment.
- Monitor patients during dialysis sessions and promptly report any changes in condition.
- Take vital signs and record patient information accurately.
- Set up and operate dialysis machines under the supervision of registered nurses.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
