The Democratic Party of Illinois (DPI) is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Coordinated Campaign Director. The Coordinated Campaign Director will manage the 2024 General Election statewide program that will protect and expand Democratic control up and down the ticket.

What Will You Do?
The Coordinated Campaign Director (CCD) is responsible for working with key stakeholders to develop and manage a statewide coordinated campaign, including well-funded voter contact and direct mail programs.

Who Are You?
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the tactics and tools needed to run an effective voter contact program and is a passionate promoter of Democratic values. They will be creative, highly organized, and a self-starter. An understanding of Illinois’ complex political and demographic landscape and familiarity with campaign finance law is preferred.

Applicants must live in or be willing to relocate to Illinois. Applicants must have the ability to travel throughout the state for up to several days at a time and must have a valid driver’s license.
The salary range for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience. DPI also offers a generous benefits package with the opportunity for continued growth after the election cycle.
