Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CAD Detailer to join our team. As a CAD Detailer, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Your expertise in Sketchup, Revit, 2D AND 3D animation, NavisWorks, Civil 3D, and MicroStation will be essential in producing accurate and precise drawings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in mechanical design and drafting to contribute to exciting projects.

Duties:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements
- Review and analyze project specifications and blueprints
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings
- Incorporate design changes as necessary
- Generate 2D and 3D models of structures, components, or systems
- Perform quality checks on completed drawings
- Maintain organized files and documentation

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CAD Detailer or similar role
- Proficiency in Sketchup, Revit, 2D animation, NavisWorks, Civil 3D, and MicroStation
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
