Hallmark Auto Group Full Time Receptionist

Starting pay: $14 per hour or more based on experience

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm (sometimes 7pm); every other Saturday 8am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound sales and service calls
• Operate busy switchboard and communicate efficiently with all customer and internal teams
• Greeting customers upon arrival and exit
• Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in telemarketing and/or hospitality or receptionist
• Exceptional telephone skills, with a high level of comfort, and a professional voice and manner
• Computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel)
• Ability to learn new software programs
• Flexibility with regard to scheduling
• Prior Automotive Dealership experience is a plus
• Public relations experience is a plus
• Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) tool is a plus

Hallmark Auto Group is seeking a personable individual with strong phone skills and a great work ethic to be a full-time receptionist/switchboard operator at our dealership! You must always be prepared to provide outstanding customer service in all circumstances and to handle challenging client issues with the diplomacy needed to ensure that they remain loyal customers. You will also develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues in every other department of our dealership.
