Safer Properties is Hiring an Associate Property Manager Near Rohnert Park, CA
We are seeking a diligent and motivated associate to work with our team in day-to-day operations, maintenance, tenant and owner communications, and more. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional
communication abilities, and high ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- Tenant and prospective tenant relations
- Maintenance coordination
- General office responsibilities
- Leasing
- Property showing
- Stay informed with compliance and legal updates/changes
Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of property experience preferred
- Active Real Estate License preferred
- Valid California Driver's License
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
