Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childhood development and supporting students in their educational journey.

Duties:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Support classroom management and create a positive learning environment
- Provide individualized attention to students to ensure their development
- Collaborate with the teaching team on curriculum development
- Supervise and engage with students during various activities
- Assist with childcare duties as needed

Requirements:
- Experience working with children or students in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Familiarity with daycare or preschool environments is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Education background in special education or related field is advantageous
