Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Duties:
- Oversee and manage office operations and administrative staff
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Handle budgeting and financial tasks, including payroll
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage phone systems and correspondence
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping
- Provide training development for new employees
- Ensure efficient clerical functions are in place
- Uphold phone etiquette standards
- Maintain organizational effectiveness within the office
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant software applications
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle payroll responsibilities
- Capacity to effectively communicate with staff at all levels
