Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them in finding the perfect products to meet their needs. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding products and provide product knowledge
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the shopping experience

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of jewelry sales, electronics sales, or similar products is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient workflow

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.54 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
