Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate/Stock Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service. This position involves engaging with customers, promoting products, and driving sales in a retail environment.

Duties:

- Engage with customers to promote and sell products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
- Knowledge in sales/shoes
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Proficiency in English language
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Be able to lift between 30lbs-50lbs - Be able to climb ladders - Must have good Time Management - Reliable Transportation - Energetic and Friendly
