Responsible for the preparation and stocking of menu items, and assists in the preparation of salads and special items. Prepares and sets up pantry with items that appear on the daily menu.

Assembles, weighs and measures ingredients. Ability to transport several items at once and be mobile throughout the facility.
EDUCATION / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE : High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read and write English sufficiently to perform job.
