Q2 Wealth Management LLC is Hiring a Processor Near Lexington, KY

Processor/Adviser Assistant: The AdviserAssistant processes adviser or client instructions working with the team to ensure clients receive exceptional service. This individual works direct with various custodians and investment adviser representatives. This individual is responsible for various firm tasks, adviser support, and customer support.

Position Requirements:

  • Must want to learn and understand financial services.
  • Must have client service skills.
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Must be detailed.
  • Must have critical thinking skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Multi-tasking.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Desire to grow with the company, such as, acquiring a securities and/or insurance license.
  • Work schedule: normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, closed Holidays.

Job Duties:

  • Non-advice related phone, email, text, and in-person communication with clients.
  • Record-keeping.
  • Document preparation and tracking.
  • Facilitate Adviser instructed account set up, distributions, contributions, and updates; such as, processing name and address change, account applications and bank authorizations, answering non-advice related client questions via telephone and face to face.
  • Effectively organize & record information within various software platforms.
  • Understand services and products offered by the firm.
  • Maintain compliance standards as defined by thefFirm.
  • Additional duties as required.

Compensation:

Starting salaried compensation range between $40,000 to $60,000 depending on experience, company 401(k) with safe harbor match, paid time off, and sicks days.

Looking for a self-starter who is professional, detailed, dependable, with a strong sense of customer service. Must be organized with a strong attention to detail. Must be flexible and able to adapt with an ever-changing environment. Must have an ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors, and business partners and capable of working in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
