PSL CONVERSION / PRATI Operator - THIRD SHIFT (11 : 45 PM - 8 : 15 AM)
Safe and efficient operation of production machinery including Finishing and Inspection Machines.
Essential Job Functions :
- Conduct daily inspection and preventive maintenance of machinery
- Conduct general set up of production machinery as required
- Follow job specification sheet for proper order fulfillment
- Follow quality procedures, including inspection of finished goods
- Achieve production and quality goals
- Archive production goods
- Detect defects of printing tools and support equipment
- Detect potential improvements and report them to the team leaders
- Support production department in any arising tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Apply GMP-rules, 5S and all other programs for improvement instituted by the Company
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills
- Previous machine operating experience
- Available to work overtime as needed in a 3-shift operation
- Excellent verbal and written communication
