Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, project management, and cost control. The Estimator will play a crucial role in determining project costs and ensuring accurate pricing for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure competitive pricing
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam and CCC1 for estimating purposes
- Build detailed estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs
- Collaborate with the construction management team to develop project budgets
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process
- Prepare and submit bids and proposals for new projects
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions

Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction estimating and project management
- Proficiency in using estimating software like Bluebeam and CCCONE
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to accurately price projects
- Knowledge of construction industry practices, materials, and methods
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing from vendors and subcontractors
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per week
