Applicants will be required to complete most standard commercial carpentry tasks including concrete, building construction, finishings and be able to work under direction supervision of Buildings Etcetera Superintendent. Previous experience is a plus.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Rough Carpentry (framing, truss erection, sheathing, etc.)
- Window/Door Installation
- Roofing
- Finish Carpentry
- Ability to perform tasks in other trades such as concrete, steel erection, etc.
- Ability to operate equipment is a plus (forklift, scissor lift, crane, telehandler, etc.)
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- Minimum of 2 years experience preferred
- OSHA Safety Training is a plus
- Willing to travel within 100 miles of Houlton, ME
- Ability to work weekends as needed
- Basic tools (tape measure, hammer, etc)
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
- Ability to arrive at work dependably and consistently
