Responsibilities:
- Provide medical oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives
- Manage and supervise a small staff of healthcare professionals, including a nurse practitioner, and support staff
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with management to optimize patient care and outcomes
- Implement utilization management strategies to optimize resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and FDA guidelines for medical records.
