We're looking for Veterinary Receptionists to work directly with our Clients and assist in creating a welcoming, comfortable environment during their office visits with their pets. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in Animal Healthcare and has knowledge of different animal species and types. The Veterinary Receptionist is responsible for answering phones and redirecting call concerns, checking in clients, scheduling appointments, and using customer service skills to assist in redirecting any concerns the clients have with their pets to our Veterinarians. The Veterinary Receptionist is also responsible for a variety of clerical duties such as filing, maintaining medical records and inventory of Hospital supplies.

The ideal candidate for the Veterinary Receptionist position should possess and or the willingness to learn a broad foundation in veterinary practices, including experience in animal handling, veterinary terminology, and pet care.
