Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Meat Cutter to join our team. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting various types of meat products in a fast-paced culinary environment. If you have a passion for food, exceptional knife skills, and a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, and prepare different cuts of meat according to customer specifications
- Package and label meat products for display and sale
- Ensure proper handling and storage of meat products to maintain freshness and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cutting area
- Assist customers with their meat selection and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely production of meat products
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Meat Cutter in the food industry or a similar role
- Strong knife skills and ability to handle various types of meat
- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and their uses
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work in different shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $24.93 - $27.73 per hour
