Busy primary care clinic in Germantown is looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include taking vitals, administering injections, calling patients back, assisting with office procedures, and performing venipuncture . This is a fast paced clinic, so the ability to work fast and multitask is essential. This could be an ideal position for someone looking to get medical experience during a gap year from medical school.

• RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interview patients and document basic medical history.
• Documenting in EMR. Familiarity with eClinicalWorks is a big plus.
• Assist with calling patients back.
• Administer vaccines.
• BE ABLE TO DRAW BLOOD , or wiling to learn, AND PROCESS SPECIMENS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
