ROLE DESCRIPTION :

The John Ryce Insurance Agency is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Insurance Agency Sales & Service Account Associate .

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to existing policyholders while actively promoting and selling additional insurance products.

As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring policyholders are well-informed about their coverage options, assisting them with claims, and helping them make informed decisions to protect their assets.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide excellent customer service to existing policyholders, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and helping with claims processes.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis with policyholders to identify potential gaps in coverage and recommend appropriate insurance products to meet their unique needs.
• Proactively contact policyholders to review their current coverage, identify potential opportunities for additional policies, and cross-sell relevant insurance products.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, policy changes, and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to policyholders.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide exceptional service and support to policyholders.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Possess active Property & Casualty and Life & Health PA licenses or obtain these licenses within the first 90 days of employment.
• Experience in sales or the insurance industry is helpful, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with policyholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively resolve customer concerns.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office, and other relevant software.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
