About The Role: We are seeking a passionate and caring instructor to lead classes for students aged 6 months to 4 years. The coach is responsible for providing excellent developmental gymnastics instruction in a safe and fun environment. They are expected to establish and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships and to appropriately communicate with other departments, customers, and owners. Most importantly they are responsible for following practices that promote safety, quality, and professionalism.

Candidate Requirements:

• Has an understanding of childhood development, particularly from 6 mos-4 years
• Is caring, enthusiastic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Is comfortable singing out loud, being silly and fun!
• Relevant experience in teaching gymnastics and/or teaching preschool aged children in any educational or active environment
• Dependable, professional, responsible
• Optimistic and positive approach to the role and responsibilities of preschool gymnastics instruction
• Ability to work happily and effectively with a diverse group of students and families
• Ability to influence peers and superiors in a positive way
• Superior interactive skills and experience working with children parents and the public

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
