Job Summary:

American / Interstate Signcrafters, a leading national sign manufacturing and project management company, is seeking a Painter join our Painting/Preparation team at our headquarters in Boynton Beach, Florida. Our working hours are typically 40 hours/week, from 6am-2:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break.

Responsibilities:

A sign painter's primary role is to prepare, paint, refinish and refurbish metal cabinets, structures, channel letters, bases, and/or other sign components.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of spraying experience

• Own your own spray guns

• Sign or automotive painting experience highly preferred

• Boat refinishing experience a plus

• Open to working overtime

• Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling and walking throughout the facility

• Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English strongly preferred

• Ability to lift/carry (#50 lbs.)

• Great attitude and attention to detail

• Own a valid driver’s license

• Located within 45-minute drive of our facility at 130 Commerce Road in Boynton Beach, FL

• Must pass a drug test
