At John Alderson Inc, we take pride in our commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our clients receive the care and attention they deserve. We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team and uphold our reputation for excellence.

Base salary of $45K - $75K per year based on experience. Higher end salary will depend on proven track record and references.

This position has the opportunity to earn additional commissions and bonuses if desired.

Responsibilities


  • Client Support: Assist policyholders with inquiries, policy changes, and general insurance-related questions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and updates.
  • Policy Reviews: Conduct thorough policy reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimize coverage.
  • Claims Assistance: Aid clients in navigating the claims process and provide timely updates on claim status.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with agents and underwriters to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Focus on building strong relationships with clients to enhance their experience and loyalty to the agency.
  • Prepare condensed spreadsheets for customers ease of use of their coverage's.
  • Assist clients if issues arise on claims as far as loss control issues that would be coordinated with the company.

Requirements


  • Licensing: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • A life and Health License is a bonus
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or insurance-related roles is advantageous.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities to engage effectively with clients.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute to team success.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions, maintaining confidentiality and trust.
