Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Laborer/Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various day to day tasks such as lawn mowing maintenance, weed control, trimming and/or other related work as needed such as landscape removal & installation etc. Position is full time Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays dependent upon route completion. Opportunity for growth within company.

Duties:
- Perform general labor duties such as zero-turn mower operation, weed wacking, edging, blowing off debris, weed control and assist with general landscape installation or maintenance services as needed.
- Operate machinery and equipment properly following safety guidelines and protocols.
- Monitor equipment being used at hand to ensure proper function/storage and promptly report any issues to a supervisor.
- Follow instructions from owner and/or supervisors to meet maintenance/landscape project requirements.

Requirements:
- Driver's License
- Previous experience with general mowing maintenance and landscape work is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks on occasion.

- Ability to take direction as needed to ensure company standards are met.
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience operating zero-turn lawn mower, weed wacker, edger etc.

-Ability to drive a truck with attached enclosed trailer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 42 per week
