Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance professional. As an Insurance professional, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and assisting clients in selecting the best insurance coverage options. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Market and sell insurance policies to potential clients
- Negotiate policy terms and conditions to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding insurance products and services
- Maintain client records and update policy information as needed
- Process insurance claims and assist clients throughout the claims process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance sales or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and benefits administration is a plus
- Strong telemarketing or retail sales skills are highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options
- Proficient in sales administration software and MS Office Suite
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
