Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavior analysis services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional analyses
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and techniques
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Provide training and support to caregivers, teachers, and other professionals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality
Skills:
- Strong background in patient care, particularly working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- In-depth knowledge of behavioral principles and techniques
