Responsibilities:

Essential duties include:

• Guest check-in/out
• Park compliance
• Guest concerns and incident responses
• Vendor relationships and accountability
• Reporting and partnership with corporate office
• Partnership with maintenance
• Create consistent documentation
• Concierge style customer service
• Clear and effective communication with guests, visitors, peers, leadership, and vendors.

Housekeeping Responsibilities:

• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas.
• Performing and documenting routine inspection.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Vacuuming carpets.
• Emptying trash containers.
• Dusting all surfaces.
• Deep cleaning and special projects as necessary.
• Cleaning public areas such as restrooms, showers, resort office.
• Restocking and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Returning and restocking cleaning supplies at the end of the shift.
• Assist with the training and development of future cleaners.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and written
• 3 years customer service experience (hospitality a plus)
• Experience in property management preferred
