We design and manufacture a wide variety of on-trend sweaters and tops for the girl on the go who needs a chic go-to look for every day of the week.

Pay Range $20 DOE with potential for commissioned accounts

YOUR ROLE:

BOUTIQUE SALES –

· Represent the brand by showing the line to buyers, writing orders, and following up for customer support

· Process new accounts sent weekly from Sales Reps

· Set up Booths & Showrooms for meetings, zooms, and market shows

· Interact with customers and building account rapport

SALES TEAM ORAGANIZATION –

· Maintain system files such as linesheets, contact lists, quotes, and production timelines

· Oversee order processing on Sales Platforms such as Squarespace and Faire

· Report top sellers and HOT trends from clients on to sales and design team consistently

· Organizes and track showroom samples for sales reps, clients, and archive

· Work with Shipping team to ensure orders are complete with shipping/contact info

· Provide general administrative support

MAJOR ACCOUNTS –

· Entry level account order processing

· Curate photo presentations and look books for clients

· Take notes in sales meetings

· Maintain notes of buyer selections, customizations, & record keeping

· Work with design team on counter samples, photos samples, and production timelines

· Monitor incoming/outgoing samples

MARKETING –

· Participates in photoshoots

· Contributes to marketing conversations on customer needs and satisfaction

· Maintain trend awareness in multiple markets such as contemporary, junior, missy, and mainstream.

Be a team player – responsibilities can change on a day-to-day basis. We are looking for a quick learner who is open to constructive feedback as well as willing to input constructive feedback.

Fashion Sales / Merchandising background is a huge plus

REQUIREMENTS:

Soft Skills:

· Must be a people person and have a positive attitude

· Passionate about the Fashion Industry

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Very Strong organizational and analytical

· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· Quick Learner

Hard Skills:

· Microsoft Programs – Advanced

· Excellent Customer Service

· Experience working with buyers in a wholesale setting
