****The Role:**As the Facilities Coordinator you will assist with the effective operation of the agencys buildings and facility maintenance, moves, modifications, monitoring work order ticketing system, and on-call coverage as scheduled. In addition, youll be responsible for safely transporting clients of Community Partners to and from services, work, and other destinations.**

****About You:**Youre someone that looks to be helpful at every chance you get. Youve got a knack for figuring things out and youre constantly problem solving. No task is too big or too small and when it comes to being handy, youre the definition of the word. Tools are second nature to you and your positive, can-do attitude is always ready for a new challenge.**

**What were looking for: High School diploma or G.E.D Working knowledge of core building systems (for example plumbing, heating, electric) Ability to operate required equipment, including operation of vehicles equipped with lift Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job Familiarity with people with developmental disabilities is desirable Hold a valid drivers license and proof of vehicle liability coverage**
