We are a wholesale fashion company located in Downtown Los Angeles. We are looking to fill a customer service position asap. Please see details below:
Responsibilities
- Follow up and process orders from our sales channels
- Engage with current and prospective buyers with our new and best-selling products.
- Assist with tradeshow Preparation
Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of fashiongo, faire and Cicom is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
