Over the next three months, we are looking to aggressively expand our client’s footprint across Florida and the Southwest region as we continue to grow and develop a loyal consumer base for a telecommunications initiative. We are looking for a dedicated, dependable Brand Associate that will take our client’s brand to the next level.

Our firm is a brand consulting firm that develops cost-effective sales, customer acquisition and brand advertising strategies. We take advantage of direct consumer communication while also leveraging market research through today’s technology to increase our client’s brand exposure. Because of our attention to detail and emphasis on high-quality brand and customer experiences we are able to help any client expand their market share and develop their brand image.

Due to an increase in client demand, we are urgently interviewing solutions-oriented, confident team players to join our team as a Brand Associate. The main objective of the position is to execute direct to consumer brand strategies. You will promote our client’s initiative by delivering memorable and engaging presentations resulting in an increase in new consumer engagement and enrollment.

Brand Associate Responsibilities:

• Promote our client’s telecommunications service to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales
• Educate consumers on the benefits of the client’s telecommunications services including the quality of the products, accessibility, and pricing
• Maintain a positive image of the company and brand we represent
• Establish quality consumer relationships in order to build confidence and trust in the brands and products represented
• Work with a dedicated Account Manager to ensure we are meeting the KPIs to increase brand awareness and consumer engagement
• Form relationships with key accounts and provide sales support if necessary to ensure long-lasting consumer retention
• Collaborate in a team-based work environment and attend daily training sessions and client meetings

Brand Associate Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knack for building relationships with a variety of people
• At least one to two years as a brand ambassador, customer service, marketing, or other applicable experience is preferred
• Grow into a supervisory role if qualifications have been met within our marketing department
• The ability to excel in an unsupervised environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
