Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers, utilizing proper lifting techniques
- Support clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Document client care activities accurately and timely

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
- Knowledge of senior care principles and practices
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy rights
- Experience with hospice care is a plus

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Physical stamina to lift, transfer, and assist clients as needed
