Duties:

- Assist in the daily operations of the daycare center, including classroom management and supervision of children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children under your care.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play.
- Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and clean-up.
- Help with diaper changes and bathroom breaks as needed.
- Support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Monitor children's behavior and address any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of the children.

Skills:

- Experience working with children, such as babysitting, nannying, or previous daycare experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, parents, and other staff members.
- Patience and a nurturing attitude towards children.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques for young children.
- Basic caregiving skills, including feeding, diapering, and comforting.
