As a Therapist at The Seed Planter Coaching & Counseling, PLLC, you will join our team of dedicated professionals committed to providing high-quality counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. You will use your expertise in therapeutic techniques to assist clients in achieving mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Typical Duties:

• Client Assessment and Treatment Planning
• Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, concerns, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans (incorporating faith-based principles when requested), therapeutic interventions, and evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Current state licensure or certification as a therapist (e.g., LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW).
• Specialized training (faith-based counseling a plus).
• Strong clinical assessment, intervention, and therapeutic skills.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently, maintain professional boundaries, and uphold ethical standards.

Working Conditions:

• This position is for independent contractors, with flexibility in scheduling client sessions and managing caseloads.
• You may work remotely or onsite at our practice location, depending on client needs and practice policies.
• Availability for evening or weekend appointments MAY be required based on client preferences.

Compensation:

• Compensation will be comparable yo industry standards.
