Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join us at Squeak and Shine LLC. As a Cleaning Technician / Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

This job is a client-scheduled position. Shifts and schedules will change each week unless you are booked for a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service with the client. Operating hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM. We are a new small business but we are growing rapidly. Background checks are required for the safety of our clients.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Follow established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleaning methods and schedules
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations

Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning (REQUIRED)
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies (REQUIRED)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
