Responsibilities
- Communicate with commercial clients, understanding their insurance requirements, and providing tailored solutions.
- Process policies and handle claims efficiently and accurately.
- Assess risks associated with various businesses to determine appropriate coverage.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and claims.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
