We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information, demonstrate features, and explain benefits to customers, including any promotions, sales or upcoming events.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist in restocking merchandise and maintaining visual standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals

- In this role, you will engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

- Good communicator with the ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers and your team to meet goals
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers preferred
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations to showcase features

- Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on- the-job training
