We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating heavy equipment and machinery for construction projects. This role requires someone with fine grading expertise.

Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as bulldozers, graders, and dump trucks
- Perform tasks including digging, loading, grading,
- Ensure equipment is safely and efficiently utilized on job sites
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
