The role will suit an individual who enjoys working collaboratively with Engineers and Architects to create holistic solutions incorporating a wide range of systems and technologies, and who is able to bring creativity to the solutioning process. You will work closely with other Engineers who have specialized skills while cross-training within our clients core technologies. You will be constantly learning in this role.

Job Description:

• Extensive experience of implementing and developing vendor agnostic Next Gen Software Defined Networking platforms and Network Automation, including provisioning and administration activities using automation technologies within the following environments:
  Cloud (Azure) WAN LAN Wireless
• Extensive experience of working with stakeholders to define requirements, select technologies, design, and introduce SASE, ZTN, and Secure Web Gateway solutions.
• Experience of integrating automation technologies with a broad range of monitoring tools, in particular CA UIM and DOI and introducing AiNetOps solutions.
• Strong knowledge and demonstrable experience of data centre and campus networking technologies:
  Cisco (routing, switching, firewalls) Palo Alto (Next Gen firewalls) Azure Cloud Networking, MPLS
  In depth Routing & Switching (L2 / L3 connectivity) Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS) In depth Routing & Switching (L2 / L3 connectivity) Firewall Management (policies/rules/security zones) Encryption methods (IPSec, SSL, TLS, DTLS) VPN configuration Router/Switch CLI experience DNS/DHCP
• Experience of creating technology roadmaps based on strategy inputs
• CCNP Certification
