Job Summary:
As a Workforce Development Manager for our Oklahoma (OK) / Kansas (KS) territories, you will develop and grow internal and external market relationships to deploy programs for the enhancement of workforce pipelines for critical roles. Program will include K-12 partnerships, high school employment, apprenticeships, and other high-demand/low-supply roles critical to the delivery of high-quality healthcare in the communities we serve. Please note this will be a home based position with local market travel to schools, workforce commissions, etc for local programs & implementation is required.
