Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Duties:
- Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish
-Determine scope of projects
- Coordinate with homeowners and insurance adjuster specifications are met
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any issues or potential risks
- Provide guidance and support to construction personnel
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities
Skills:
- Proficiency Xactimate software (preferrable but not necessary for starting position)
- Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities
- Solid understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
