Job Title: /Supervisor

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced /Supervisor to join our team. As a /Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various Interior demolition projects. Your role will involve supervising demolition and water mitigation team, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining quality control throughout the construction process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership skills.

Duties:
- Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish

-Determine scope of projects
- Coordinate with homeowners and insurance adjuster specifications are met
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any issues or potential risks
- Provide guidance and support to construction personnel
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities

Skills:
- Proficiency Xactimate software (preferrable but not necessary for starting position)
- Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities
- Solid understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
