Litigation Associate (Hybrid Remote Schedule)
Coombe Curry Rich & Jarvis (CCRJ) is seeking a Litigation Associate with experience in Civil Litigation, Construction Defect and/or General Insurance Defense including bodily injury to join our successful and growing team. Our Associates are critical members of our legal defense team. The successful associate attorney should have experience drafting pleadings, handling discovery, reviewing and managing budgets, as well as attending depositions and hearings, including trials. As an associate, you will take ownership of a client’s case, have ongoing communication with clients and counsel, interacting as a trusted member of our legal team.
Your success requires you to have a strong foundation in legal research, writing, communication (written and oral), legal analysis, organization and professional presentation. Additionally, you must also be a self-starter, able to work independently, be proactive in working with others in a fast-paced environment under varying time-constraints to deliver high quality work product. Time management skills are essential, as well as being detailed oriented with the ability to juggle tasks and priorities while understanding the bigger picture of the case cycle and timeline.

The firm pays competitive wages and offers an excellent benefits package. This position will be filled in Denver, CO and in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act, the compensation for this position begins at $85,000 but is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
