Role Overview: The Operations Support Specialist is a dynamic role designed for individuals who are passionate and eager to contribute across various operational areas. This position requires a highly adaptable and flexible approach, with responsibilities fluctuating between photography and other departmental tasks based on daily needs. Ideal candidates are those who thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable with the physical aspects of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter items into our warehouse management system and prepare them for processing.
• Exhibit flexibility by taking on various tasks in different departments as needed, ensuring smooth operational flow.
• Maintain high productivity and quality standards in all tasks, whether in photography or other operational roles.
• Back-up support for photography when needed

Requirements:

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, meeting the demands of warehouse operations.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with computer systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn and assist across different functions.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or photography is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
