Position: Bartender/Server

Location: HOOK'd Bar and Grill, Cachuma Lake

Job Description:

HOOK'd Bar and Grill, situated at the picturesque Cachuma Lake, is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Bartenders/Servers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take drink and food orders
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Upsell food and drinks where appropriate
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
