We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our talented team. This position is open ONLY to candidates who possess a current and valid RDA license or certification.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and procedures
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment following strict protocols
• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures as a licensed RDA
• Take digital dental x-rays and maintain x-ray certification
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, postoperative care, and dental procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Dentrix or similar software
• Fabricate high-quality temporary dental restorations

Required Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license or certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a licensed RDA
• Proficiency in patient assessment and treatment assistance
• Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, terminology, and procedures
• Experience with dental x-ray procedures and current x-ray certification
• Ability to work efficiently with Dentrix or similar dental practice software
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
