Job Summary:
SoS is looking for skilled Beverage Servers to join our team as well as a skilled bartenders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong background in hospitality. As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests while delivering a memorable dining experience. As a Skilled bartender you will be responsible for crafting one-of-a-kind cocktails while delivering a memorable vacation experience.

Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders promptly
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure all supplies are stocked
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending or beverage service is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic retail math
- Knowledge of various beverages and mixology techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficiency of POS system.

- Knowledge of TABC laws and procedures

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in the food industry or banquet service
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems
- Strong math skills for calculating orders and handling transactions efficiently
