Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales. If you are a motivated self-starter with a passion for achieving targets and building strong client partnerships, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts and across the market. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Create and execute account strategies to meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems. Provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues to ensure a high level of client retention.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a customer facing role
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attributes: Results-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and a team player with a positive attitude.
